Technical Support Specialist

Troubleshoot DIRECTV Cable television Systems in MDU's and Hospitals. Communicate with Property, Facilities and Staff to identify/troubleshoot issues with the Private Cable System.

Duties Include: Work service requests and Help Desk tickets on a daily basis, Follow up on Technician visits to facilities, Learning SMATV, L-Band, DRE, and Technicolor COM2000 DirecTV Systems and Keep accurate records


  • Technical Support Experience
  • Basic Computer and satellite/cable tv knowledge
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Project Coordinator position entails scheduling technicians on site with property Administrators and Maintenance staff in concert with Company equipment/system delivery. It requires attention to detail, calendar management and strong written and verbal communication skills.
